Lauf in Ippinghausen. Gesundheitlich noch immer leicht angeschlagen qu\u00e4lten sich beide mehr schlecht als recht \u00fcber die teilweise gef\u00e4hrlich vereiste Strecke. Beide wollten es probieren, mussten aber schon nach wenigen Kilometern einsehen, dass es noch zu fr\u00fch war. Es war kein Tag f\u00fcr Bestzeiten. Dazu gibt es aber noch eine Gelegenheit beim 4. und letzten Lauf am 21.2. Gerrit Krug, 1:11:13h, ges. 29., 9. M30, Thomas Berninger ges. 33., 1:11:33, 12. AK 40.
